We will provide information regarding our activities to the authorities, the general public and to members of the local community and its representatives.

IEI is committed to fully consider the environment during the project's lifetime. The company will take all measures necessary in order to reduce the project's environmental footprint and to meet all applicable of the environmental standards. This commitment is expressed by our full cooperation with the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the regional councils, performing an environmental impact statement, developing an environmental program and requiring our contractors to comply with our environmental program.

Protecting the environment is top priority for IEI and is a key to the success of the project. Our production process is designed to minimize the impact on the ground and on water supplies, minimize greenhouse gas emissions, minimize landscape impact and will have absolutely no impact on groundwater. Our surface footprint is minimal and temporary. The areas we occupy will be reclaimed at the conclusion of operations and returned to their original use.
